Effective October 1, 2010, the ICL FBR charge for Full Container Load (FCL) will be fixed at:
$301 / 20' container
$602 / 40' container

Effective September 1, 2010, the ICL FBR charge for Full Container Load (FCL) will be fixed at:
$305 / 20' container
$610 / 40' container

Effective August 1, 2010, the ICL FBR charge for Full Container Load (FCL) will be fixed at:
$305 / 20' container
$610 / 40' container


Floating Bunker Recovery Formula: Average Consumption per Voyage X Average Bunker Costs / Average TEUs per Voyage = Average Cost per TEU

September 1 to September 30, 2010  FBR charge for LCL is:
$18 W / M, minimum $18

This applies to Eastbound and Westbound LCL shipments.
